    Kareeman Oumar, 18, of 191 Oneco Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility, driving without a license and failure to drive right.

    Jacqueline Silva, 40, of 61 Ledyard St. was charged Friday with violation of probation.

    Dimitri Watkins Sitty, 38, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    James Elijah Croks, 34, of 38 Monroe St., Waterford, was charged Thursday with sale of narcotics and possession of narcotics.

    Kay Marie Vega, 19, of 64 Boswell Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

    Barry Butler, 57, of 218 Baltic Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and driving in the wrong lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Justin Brown, 30, of 47 Russell Road was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

    Atrianna Arder, 23, of 123 Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

    Kevin Perry, 44, of Griswold was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Carlos Velazquez-Perez, 23, of 32 10th St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, breach of peace and assault on emergency personnel/interfering with an officer.

    Siandre Blue, 40, of 143 Rockwell St. was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

    Ricardo Parra, 46, of Corona, N.Y., was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny and possession of shoplifting device.

    Jhoana Rincon, 31, of Queens, N.Y., was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny and possession of shoplifting device.

    Tracey Brandle, 50, of 9 Olive St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and tinting windows without a sticker/failure of manufacturer to comply with laws.
