The struggling Connecticut Sun won't be catching any breaks from their remaining regular season schedule as almost every opponent is tough, including Thursday's foe, the defending WNBA champion Phoenix Mercury (Mohegan Sun Arena, 7 p.m., WCTX).
The Connecticut Sun had an abysmal — and record-setting — first half offensively against the Atlanta Dream. It resulted in their fifth straight loss, 71-57, as their playoff hopes continued to fade away.
