Zambonis, The Eradicator share Sunday bill in NL

Which is more influential in popular culture, sports or music?

Or both?

On Sunday in New London's 33 Golden Street, hockey-obsessed indie rock band The Zambonis will perform. Also on the bill? Squash-obsessed songwriter The Eradicator! The only thing missing would be that supergroup called The Baseball Project.

That's okay, though. Hockey Rock and Squash Rock should electrify the musical senses and fan the flames of competition. Truth told, these acts should complement one another beautifully, but if a fight breaks out, bet on The Zambonis. After all, there are no penalty boxes in squash.
