Little Big Town brings their angelic harmonies to Mohegan Sun
Little Big Town’s harmonies are magical. They sound perfect, sweet and pure.
And while that’s a great selling point, Little Big Town also has had the benefit of choosing some stick-in-your-brain-after-one-listen songs to perform, from “Better Man” (which Taylor Swift wrote and gave to the group to record) and “Girl Crush” to “Pontoon” and “Boondocks.”
The quartet that is Little Big Town (in other words, Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook) will perform in concert Sunday at Mohegan Sun Arena. And you know what? I’ve seen them live before, and darned if they don’t sound as pristine in person as they do on record.
