The Kate to honor Christine Baranski with Spirit of Hepburn Award
Actress Christina Baranski, star of the CBS drama "The Good Fight," will be honored with the Spirit of Katharine Hepburn Award by the Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center in Old Saybrook.
The Kate will give Baranski the award at a gala that begins at 6 p.m. Aug. 24 at the theater.
Baranski is an Emmy, Tony, Screen Actors Guild, Drama Desk and American Comedy award winner.
Her TV credits include "The Good Wife" and "The Big Bang Theory," and her films include "Mamma Mia!," "Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again," "Into the Woods" and "Chicago."
The gala will feature cocktails, dinner prepared by Max Catering, an auction, and dancing to Ruby Velle & the Soulphonics.
