ECSO rolls out new website, logo

Making optimal use of pandemic downtime, the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra on Wednesday unveiled a new website, logo, and storefront signs at their State Street office in New London.

Miranda Creative designed the new site and logo, which features four staggered vertical bars to the left of the ECSO name, in response to efforts by the ECSO board of directors to update the organization's brand during COVID-19.

"Our new logo with the four bar design is fully inclusive of all of our partners that make up the ECSO: the Friends of the Symphony, the ECSO Symphony Chorus, the Youth Orchestra and String Ensemble, and of course the symphony itself as the overarching artistic entity," says Caleb Bailey, executive director of the ECSO.

In terms of the 2021 season, spring and summer performance options are still being discussed and might include on-demand videos. For more information and to see the new website go to ectsymphony.com.
