Raul Sereno, 20, of 502 Thames St., Apt. 1, Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct.

Daniel Walter, 22, of Building 434, Room 276, Naval Submarine Base, was charged Dec. 13 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kristen St. Claire, 34, of 509 Chesterfield Road was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and third-degree estrangulation.

Keith A. McDonald, 34, of 232 Thames St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
