Raccoon tests postive for rabies in East Lyme

East Lyme – A raccoon found near Flanders Road has tested positive for rabies, Ledge Light Health District announced.

The raccoon tested positive for rabies on Friday. The public is reminded to refrain from feeding or approaching wild animals.
