A 21-acre estate at 455 Stonington Road in Stonington will be auctioned off Oct. 29.
Originally listed at nearly $4 million, the Crossover Estate has been on the market more recently for less than $2.3 million, according to the Berkshire Hathaways HomeServices website.
New York-based Concierge Auctions will conduct the live auction of the property, which includes a tennis court, pool and two homes. Owner Edward Tapley is willing to sell the property in two parcels or as one package.
