Police logs - March 18, 2014

Montville

Kristen St. Claire, 35, of 509 Chesterfield Road was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, driving with a suspended license or registration and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

New London

Joshua M. Hill, 27, of no certain address, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Corey J. Hodges, 26, of 11 Anthony Road, Apt. F, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without insurance.

Norwich

Jenifer Capaldi, 40, of 7 Broad St., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling fast.

Edward Foster, 53, of 84 Hickory St., was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call.

Justin William, 25, of 401 W. Thames St., was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

State police - Montville

Michael Boden, 22, of Lisbon was charged Sunday in Lisbon with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Anthony Mosca, 25, of Lisbon was charged Sunday in Lisbon with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

David Small, 42, of Lisbon was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Stonington

Michelle A. Rowe, 43, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 32, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Shelby Chiangi, 20, of 49 Union St., Norwich, was charged Friday with four counts of conspiracy to commit a crime, two counts of third-degree identity theft, two counts of second-degree forgery, two counts of credit card theft and two counts of illegal use of a credit card.
