In Honor of Veterans Day
November 11 Sunday 3-4pm
Taught by Baptiste teacher and founder of Recovery Yoga Elizabeth Johnstone
No experience necessary. Just show up.
All levels welcome. All participants will receive a 30 minute meditation CD for beginners by world renowned Yoga teacher Baron Baptiste with 10 minute introduction to meditation and 20 minute guided practice. Through this guided meditation exercise you will learn how to use this simple method as a practical tool to pave the way for inner and outer transformation and gain freedom from stress.
