Barry Andrew Collins Exhibits at Six Summit Gallery's "IN THE PINK: Men and Women" show

"Saved by Jo from Credit Union Judgment Day" will be presented by Six Summit Gallery, Ivoryton, CT as part of its current exhibit, "IN THE PINK: Men and Women". Via production locus of post modern abstraction painting, art work, and digital photography, Mr. Collins elaborates the allure and arrest of the static image as continual dialog between artist and society. Collins has shown widely in Connecticut both solo and in group; he is found at www.barryandrewcollins.me. The show runs from October 4-30; it benefits the Dana Farber Lawrence and Memorial Cancer Center. It is juried by Cathy Malloy, the Greater Hartford Arts Council's Chief Executive Officer; NC Whitcher, multiple award-winning artist and President of Connecticut Women Artists; and Pamela Barr, New York art historian and editor.
