May 10 - "Growing Food" with Pauline Lord and Kent Girty of White Gate Farm in East Lyme.

May 17 - "Teaching about Cooking" with Mark Scarbrough and Bruce Weinstein, business and life partners who have written upwards of 30 cookbooks.

May 24 - "Cooking in a Restaurant" with Chris Prosperi, chef and co-owner of Metro Bis. In addition to running his Simsbury restaurant, Chris writes a weekly column with Linda Guica for the Hartford Courant, makes regular appearances on NBC 30 and is a senior contributor on WNPR's "The Faith Middleton Food Schmooze".

May 31 - "Writing about Food" is a panel discussion of local food writers moderated by Lee White, including Linda Guica, former food editor of the Hartford Courant and co-owner of Alforno in Old Saybrook; Priscilla Martel, chef and food writer living in Chester and former owner of Restaurant du Village; and Pem McNerney, editor of the Living section of The Source, weekly newspaper in Madison.
