Navy awards contract to Sonalysts
The Navy has awarded Sonalysts Inc. a three-year, $47 million contract for human systems integration services.
The engineering concept emphasizes analysis of human performance through all stages of the design process. Sonalysts will work to ensure new systems delivered to the fleet are effective, enhance sailor performance, optimize manpower and training, and promote safety and survivability.
The program concept helps reduce total ownership costs.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren division, in Dahlgren, Va., made the award, Sonalysts' third from this division. The work will be performed primarily in Dahlgren and in the Washington Navy Yard in Washington.
