Prepare for the Preakness with its signature drink
It's considered bad form, and maybe bad luck, to watch the Kentucky Derby without a mint julep in hand, but did you know that the Preakness also has an official drink?
It's called the Black-Eyed Susan, named after the flowers that adorn the neck of the winning horse.
So pick your favorite horse, pour yourself a cocktail and enjoy Saturday's race.
3/4 ounce vodka
1 1/4 ounce whiskey
3 ounces sweet and sour mix
2 ounces of orange juice
Garnish: orange slice and cherry
