Nicholas A. Spaulding, 22, of 104 Nathan Hale Road was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.
Montville
Mark A. Lippincott, 45, of 2 W. Main St., Uncasville, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with defective windshield wipers, failure to return license after suspension and failure to carry proper insurance.
Norwich
George F. Ransom, 51, of 156 Palmer St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry proper insurance and misuse of license plates.
Darrell White, 38, of 248 Broad St. was charged Friday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and possession of more than half an ounce of marijuana.

Michael Landrum, 26, of 39 Tilley St. was charged Saturday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.
Zachary Perkins, 19, of 39 Fairmont St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.
Thomas C. Passero, 24, of 46 Admiral Drive was charged Friday with evading responsibility and improper passing.

Nathaniel J. Sawyer, 32 of 25 Plainfield Pike, Plainfield, was charged Friday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.
Waterford
Raemisha Sierra, 22, of Bridgeport was charged Friday with interfering with an officer, fifth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device, criminal impersonation and misrepresentation.
Charles J. Satti, 21, of 27 Woodlawn Road, New London, was charged May 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
