Come join us for an informational meeting to learn more about our U-19 Rugby Club.

This meeting is for parents and interested players who want to

obtain information about the sport and what the Rugby Club is all about.

Meet the coaches and learn more about the great sport of Rugby!

All members play. The rugby club fields “A” and “B” sides. Goals are teaching the

safe rules and play of rugby union (IRB/USA Rugby) rules, skills associated with

all positions, advanced play and skill levels are instructed once the basic skill set

has been established. This is a Beach & Recreation program. The U-19 Rugby team competes in CT D2 Rugby Union.

The U-19 Rugby program is a developmental side closely associated with the nationally

ranked Division 1 men’s New Haven Rugby Club. Practice/games start in

March and run through the end of May. Practices are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays

and Thursdays. Games Sat or Sun.

Season Schedule

Dates: 2/12 – 5/30

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Time: 6 to 8 pm at Brown School through 4/11

Time: 5 to 7 at Exchange Field from 4/16 to 5/30.

Fee: $185, Includes registration to USA Rugby,

Team shorts, socks, team registration, and transportation to away games.
