UPDATED: Off-ramp to I-95 in Old Saybrook reopens after tractor-trailer crash

The Route 9 southbound off-ramp to Interstate 95 northbound in Old Saybrook has reopened after an overturned tractor- trailer accident, police said.

The off-ramp was closed for two hours this morning. The accident was reported at 9:30 a.m.

State police said minor injuries were reported.
