East Lyme Public Works Employees go above and beyond
Below was a well written piece from local 3377 to the East Lyme Public Works employees of Local 1303.
Good morning Anna,
Although we are far from cleaning up from the effects of Storm Charlotte, I feel compelled to drop you a line.
During the past few days, the members of Local 3377 have been tasked with many emergencies that required the assistance of your members. Without there help we would have been stuck....literally stuck!
Your members, specifically the highway department, went above and beyond the call of duty! They communicated with us extremely well and provided safe passage for our vehicles and access for my members.
I just wanted to thank you and ask you to pass on the appreciation of Local 3377 to your loyal hard working members.
