The Friends of the Mystic & Noank Library announce the 7th annual Edible Books Festival. The festival takes place on Sunday, April 7, at Groton Public Library at 1:30 p.m.

Edible books are culinary creations that pun on a title or a character or refer to books in general. Individuals or groups may enter, and the deadline for entries is March 28.

This event is held as part of the International Edible Book Festival.
