    Groton City

    Edward L. Harris II, 24, of 72 Emerald Glen Lane, Salem, was charged Friday with impoper use of a marker, driving while his license is suspended and failure to have tail lamps.

    New London

    Patricia Tobey, 14 Park St., was charged Friday with violation of probation.

    William M. Thomas, 49, of 19 Jay St., was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Dana Fallon, 59, of 45 #4 Sherman St., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    State Police - Montville

    Maria Rondon, 41, of 289 Bayonnet St., New London, was charged Thursday in Montville with failure to carry minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.

    Amy C. Giangrande, 38, of 401 Williams St., New London, was charged Thursday in New London with failure to carry minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.

    Matthew R. Gordon, 23, of Brunswick, Ga., was charged Thursday in Norwich with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Stephen G. Meyers, 54, of Shelburne Falls, Mass., was charged Thursday in Montville with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

    Michael A. Pelcher, 27, of 161 Iron St., Norwich, was charged Friday in Norwich with violation of a restraining order.

    Montville

    Justin D. Keeney, 38, of Shelton, was charged Saturday with failure to drive in a proper lane, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and passing on the right.

    Norwich

    John D. Young, 61, of Enfield, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Stonington

    Robert C. Atkins, 50, of 23 Parkwood Drive, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
