Joseph Loeber, 53, of 7 Griswold Court, Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have headlights illuminated.

Patrick McInerney, 39, of 2 W. Pleasant St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Clifford Hamilton, 45, of 16 South D St. was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

David Beatty, 18, of 665 W. Thames St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment, third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Craig Jeppesen, 34, of New Britain was charged Tuesday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Waterford

Shellie Crawford, 48, of 93 Virginia Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have proper motor vehicle insurance and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

John Brosnan, 52, of 65 Ridgeview Court, New London, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

George Jones, 58, of 25 Vivian St., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a weapon in a vehicle, interfering with a police officer and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Timothy Douchette, 29, of 69 Sunny Hill Drive, Uncasville, was charged Monday with second-degree strangulation, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and interfering with an officer.
