John W. Kelly III, 32, of 51 Fairmont St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Ralph Zahn, 43, of 19 Jay St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Vernon W. Henry, 27, of 32 Hawthorne Drive, Unit 2, was charged Wednesday with attempted first-degree assault, assault on a police officer, breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Jon Pelkey, 51, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with two counts of failure to verify address as a registered sex offender.

Shannon Shields, 41, of 27 Division St. was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
