'March Against Monsanto' today in Mystic

Mystic – A "March Against Monsanto" will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today to express support for a bill pending in the General Assembly that would require labeling of genetically engineered foods.

The march, which is sponsored by Food and Water Watch, GMO Free CT, also is a protest against Monsanto and an effort to raise awareness about genetically modified food and labeling efforts, to support local farmers and organic solutions.
