Crews secure the USS Enterprise to Pier 2 at the Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News, Va., for the final time Thursday. The inactivated nuclear-powered aircraft carrier is being taken to Newport News Shipbuilding, where the nuclear fuel aboard the ship will be removed. It is the same shipyard where the world's first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier was built. The Enterprise was taken out of service in December after 51 years of service.
