Ledyard — Police are looking for a man who they say unlawfully entered a home through an unlocked door on Windward Lane early Monday morning.

The man described as a larger, white male, fled the home when the homeowner yelled at him. The incident was reported to Ledyard police at about 1:23 a.m.

A search of the surrounding area, along with a track using a Ledyard Police K-9, was unsuccessful in locating the man.
