Stewart leads U.S. women to easy win

UConn's Breanna Stewart scored 19 of her game-high 26 points in the first quarter to lead the U.S. to a 113-47 victory over Lithuania in its FIBA U19 World Championship opener in Panevezys, Lithuania.
The U.S. continues preliminary-round play today against China.
The U.S. had four players finish with double figures, including Morgan Tuck, also of UConn, who scored 18 points and added five rebounds and a game-high six assists. Bashaara Graves (Tennessee) scored 13 points and Nia Coffey (Hopkins H.S., Minneapolis) scored 10. UConn's Moriah Jefferson had eight points and three assists.
