The streets that were temporarily closed before 1 p.m. today due to flooding caused by a 30-minute rain downpour have all reopened, according to police.

The streets which were closed were the following street:

Eugene O'Neill and Governor Winthrop Boulevard;

Water Street;

Board Street and Connecticut;

Bank Street and Tilley;

Pequot Avenue at Green Harbor Beach;

Garfield at Elm Street
