UPDATE: Missing Preston teen home safe

Preston — State police say a 16-year-old Preston boy reported missing on Sunday was home safe Monday afternoon.

A silver alert was issued Monday for Troy Hill, who was last seen Sunday afternoon in the area of Old Jewett City Road.
