Frank Damato, 39, of 17 Huntington St. was charged Friday with breach of peace, interfering with an officer and violation of probation.

Jermel Pierre Johnson, 32, of Waterbury was charged Friday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Chanae Willis, 31, 44 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jonathan Lloyd, 27, of 44 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to display, return or improper use of license plates, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Tiffany Roy, 21, of Willimantic was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.
