UPDATED: Norwich police: Missing teen back home

Norwich — Police say a missing 16-year-old boy, who was last seen Wednesday in the city, was back at home Thursday.

State police had issued a statewide Silver Alert for Tavon Burch on Thursday. Norwich police Thursday evening confirmed he was home safe.
