Melissa M. Alfred, 28, of 1591 Route 32, Apt. 34, was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Jennifer Hough, 35, of 20 Clover Court was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.
Esai Green, 46, of Centerbrook was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Carl Swank, 32, of 41 Gorton St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
Oscar Tejada, 38, of 83 Ocean Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
Giovanni Herrara-Poreill, 33, of 134 Fort Shantok Road, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
Jesse Walker, 24, of 49 Viets St. was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree larceny and possession of a hallucinogen.
Christopher Wilczek, 28, of 78 Franklin St. was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny.
John Cohee, 49, of 148 Laurel Hill Ave., No. 1, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.
Eric Soto, 24, of 16 Park St., New London, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny and two counts of impairing the morals of a minor.

Benito Sostre-Gonzalez, 39, of Suffield was charged Friday in Montville with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and conveying contraband into a correctional facility.
Jessica A. Sauer, 34, of 27 Saundra Drive, Westerly, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to carry proper insurance and failure to properly register a commercial vehicle.
Gregory A. Powelzyk, 46, of 181 Capstan Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with failure to carry proper insurance, improper use of a marker, registration or license, and driving or towing an unregistered motor vehicle.
Pierre Mazile, 32, of 72 Sandy Lane, Norwich, was charged Friday with evading responsibility and driving without a license.
