Bird's-eye view of unexpected visitor
Birders gather at the waterfront of Gillette Castle State Park by the Chester-Hadlyme Ferry landing to get a look at a rare Fork-tailed Flycatcher on Monday, December 2, 2013. The bird's normal range is from Central to South America but, according to the National Audubon Society website, some young birds migrating north can reach the northeastern United States.
