Norwich police: Missing 14-year-old girl returned home

Norwich – Diandre Louis, a 14-year-old girl who had last been seen at about 5 p.m. Thursday in the Mechanic Street area, has returned home, Norwich police said.

State police had issued a Silver Alert missing person notice for Louis.
