Timothy Muscarella, 26, of 4 Burgess Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.
Brandon M. Anton, 27, of 259 Mile Creek Road, Old Lyme, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.
Francise Rolon, 34, no listed address, was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.
State Police - Montville
David Stebbins, 34, of Plainfield, was charged Friday in Norwich with driving with a license under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
