City to lift parking ban in New London

New London — In order to help businesses, the city has temporarily lifted the winter parking ban in the downtown area for the evening.

Parking will be allowed from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday on all downtown streets. The no-parking restrictions will be back in effect at 2 a.m. Friday.
