Groton City

Antonio Santiago, 40, of Jacksonville, Fla., was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Groton Town

Patrick T. MacCarthy, 35, of 43 Drawbridge Road, Preston, was charged Monday with interfering with a police officer.

Wellington N. Thompson, IV, 28, of Driftwood Circle, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, driving with a suspended license or registration, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Gary A. Ballinger, 37, of 24 A St., Norwich, was charged June 10 with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

New London

Adam Hillyer, 38, of 220 Route 32, No. 3, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.


James Harnage, 25, of 371 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Sunday with creating a public disturbance and breach of peace.


Mark Preston, 23, of 218 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia, misuse of plates, theft of a license plate, driving a motor vehicle in violation of license classification and failure to have minimum insurance.
