Guilford Art Center Explores Process to Painting

Guilford Art Center (GAC) presents Process to Painting: 4 Artists, an exhibit featuring works in a range of media by MacCrady Axon, Larry Morelli, Lenny Moskowitz, and Robert Reynolds, from Friday,

Aug. 1 through Aug. 31. The public is invited to an opening reception on Aug. 1 from 5 to 7 p.m.

The works reveal various processes and evolutions of a visual idea, from studies and sketches to larger-scale finished paintings. It is organized by Moskowitz, a GAC instructor.

GAC, 411 Church Street, Guilford, is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. For more information, call 203-453-5947 or visit www.guilfordartcenter.org.
