UPDATED: Waterford police issue missing person alert

The Waterford police department issued an alert for a missing woman this afternoon.

Elizabeth Schoenberger, 54, is described as white, five feet, eight inches tall, 125 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

She was last seen wearing yoga pants, a white “pheasant” blouse, and blue boat shoes with white stripes. She was last seen in New London and has ties to the Stratford and Great Barrington, Mass areas. Anyone with information about her location is asked to call Waterford Police at 860-442-9451.
