Move CG Museum site, use tax money wisely
If the success of the National Coast Guard Museum in New London is dependent upon the building a pedestrian bridge across Water Street to the tune of 20 million taxpayer dollars, then the museum is clearly being built in the wrong place, "Report: Bridge bumps bus station," (Aug. 20).
Move the museum site to Fort Trumbull and spend the $20 million on a walking span across Shaw's Cove - a bridge people will actually use.
