Teachers union endorses Riley in 46th House District
Norwich — The Connecticut Education Association has endorsed first-term incumbent Democrat Emmett Riley in the 46th District state House of Representatives race.
The CEA has a membership of 43,000, including public school teachers, retirees and college students preparing to become teachers.
Riley faces Republican challenger Robert Dempsky in the 46th District, which covers the southern and urban sections of Norwich.
