Expand the tab lower right on theday.com for up-to-the-minute election results, Day staff tweets

We will be posting election results as soon as they become available shortly after 8 p.m. At the bottom right, you will see a tab called 2014 Election Results. Once you expand the tab, you will see the latest results for three races: Governor, 2nd Congressional District and 20th Senate District. Click on More Results and you'll get all the Connecticut state races and southeastern Connecticut legislative races.

Election results will be gathered from the Associated Press for statewide races and the Second Congressional District and from local party headquarters for state House and Senate Districts. All results are preliminary and unofficial until certified by the Connecticut Secretary of the State. Results will automatically update every few minutes.
