Michael Valex-Lopez, 40, of 130 Peters Drive was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, driving without a license, second-degree threatening and breach of peace.
Daniel T. Fleming, 20, of Manchester, was charged Saturday with driving as a minor with an elevated blood alcohol content, possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Chandler C. Fowles, 24, of 41 Crown Knoll Court was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and traveling unreasonably fast.
New London
Harry J. Gray, 56, of 11 Anthony Road, Apt. M, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and disorderly conduct.
DonJuan D. Martinez, 45, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
Stonington
Alyssa M. Mangler, 45, of Hope Valley, R.I,. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.
Matthew J. Pratt, 24, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Thursday with third-degere assault.
Christopher Lawless, 24, of 53 John St., Westerly, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
Michael F. Kelleher, 36, of 29 S. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment.
Mark Stillman, 52, of Bradford, N.H., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
Kenneth A. Upton, 53, of 139 High St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.
Aaron S. Rathbun, 22, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, failure to have tail lamps lit and failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration.
Margaret L. Tebbets, 30, of 14 Sunrise Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.
Ronald J. Lemoi, 62, of 69 Twin Lake Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
Jonathan F. Dodd, 53, of 33 Orchard St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Maxwell C. Gilmore, 26, of 21 Noyes Ave., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with two counts of violation of probation and driving with a suspended license.
Jennifer M. Charest, 39, of 13 Marie Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jonathan Bischoff, 28, of 30 Holmes Road, Oakdale, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and sixth-degree larceny.
Michael Guzallis, 21, of 81 E. Pattagansett Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.
