East Lyme — All lanes of Interstate 95 north between exits 73 and 74 were reopened about an hour after a four-vehicle crash occurred there Friday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.
State police initially closed the whole northbound side of the highway because of the wreck, which happened about 11:30 a.m. They then opened one lane before reopening the whole highway about 12:30 p.m.
According to police, the crash involved three cars and a tractor-trailer unit. It resulted in minor injuries but caused delays on both sides of the interstate.
