    Police logs - Sept. 14, 2017

    New London

    Ronald Hart, 34, of 547 Bank St., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Frank Michalski, 48, of Prest Street was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Jacob Epps, 19, of 20 Margaret St. was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer.

    Gregory Williams, 32, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Devan Jarmon, 29, of 88 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer, second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

    Jeremy Bowen, 22, of no certain address was charged Monday with assault on a police officer, interfering with an officer, failure to respond to an infraction and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Alexis Gilbert, 19, of 33 Hope St. was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Leland Lambert, 31, of Danielson was charged Monday with two counts of violation of probation.

    Roger Delvecchio-Furtak, 34, of 26 Carriage Hill Drive, Niantic, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of probation.

    Timothy Hassell, 33, of 66 Connecticut Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree burglary and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

    Carlos Maldonado, 45, of 26 Tilley St., Apt. 3, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Justin Duzant, 18, of 21 Sharaf St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Dominic Sykes, 32, of 16 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, violation of probation, carrying a dangerous weapon and criminal possession of an electric defense weapon.

    Edgar Ventura-Osorio, 24, of 155 Cliff St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

    Jonathan Galarza, 22, of 32 Tenth St. was charged Wednesday with failure to obey traffic signal, engaging an officer in pursuit, failure to drive right, risk of injury to a minor, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Enrique Luciano, 22, of 51 Fairmount St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State police - Westbrook

    Christopher A. Willis, 31, of 1500 Route 2, Lot 22, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday in Old Lyme with driving with a suspended license, traveling unreasonably fast and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Kelcie M. Vanisavath, 27, of 205 Ohio Ave., Groton, was charged Saturday in Westbrook with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Kim Pittsinger Hogan, 59, of 16 Bill Hill Road, Lyme, was charged Friday in Old Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a passenger under the age of 18 and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Wesley Campos Rodrigues, 39, of Salisbury, Md., was charged Sept. 4 in Old Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

    James L. Paquette, 49, of 851 Bank St., New London, was charged Sept. 1 in Old Saybrook with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
