WHO: Joselaine lives in Norwich and has two minor children: a girl, age 13, and a son, age 4.
AGENCY: Norwich Human Services, 100 Broadway, Norwich, CT 06360.
HER SITUATION: She had been employed at Mohegan Sun when she contracted a pulmonary infection that eventually led to sepsis. She has been hospitalized since March. She is unable to earn money to support her children, who are in the care of others.
