Lisa Jo Reppenhagen, 26, of West Haven, was charged Friday with risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment.
Jamie N. Bessette, 33, of 173 Route 12 was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving while using a handheld device.
Justin L. Buchannan, 40, of 38 Cottage St. was charged Friday with breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree threatening.

Tornando Robinson, 32, of 730 State Pier Road was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, possession of a hallucinogen, possession of a hallucinogen or narcotic with intent to sell, carrying a dangerous weapon and assault on emergency medical staff.
Jada L. Cobble, 41, of Ashway, R.I., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Dylan M. McGuire, 24, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court and failure to pay or plead.
