Missing New London girl, 16, found safe

New London — A New London teenager reported missing on May 1 has been found safe, police said Thursday night.

Norwich police located 16-year-old Alyssa Lafemna more than a week after New London police issued a Silver Alert for the girl, who went missing from New London.
