    Harry Carter, 69, of Roxbury, Mass., was charged Saturday with public indecency and breach of peace.

    Nichole D. Johnson, 39, of Jewett City was charged Aug. 10 with third-degree larceny.

    Olivia Coppola, 22, of Johnston, R.I., was charged Aug. 8 with breach of peace.

    Sliman Alem, 28, of Floral Park, N.Y., was charged Aug. 5 with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree breach of peace.

    Jason Westcott, 56, of 14 Round Rock Road, Niantic, was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Robert Rice, 67, of Westerly was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of probation, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance and misuse of plates.

    Amy Doran, 27, of 239 Nautilus Drive, Apt. 129, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance, evading responsibility, possession of stolen plates and failure to drive right.

    Brett Collins, 20, of 123 Oswegatchie Road, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer, reckless driving, failure to insure a motorcycle, driving a motorcycle without a motorcycle permit and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Nathan Epperson, 25, of 42 Hawthorne Drive was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, failure to display plates, misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Douville Lincifort, 36, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny and third-degree larceny.

    Jonathan Driscoll, 19, of 23A Broad St. was charged Monday with first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and attempted fifth-degree larceny.

    Joshua Baker, 30, of 35 Mechanics St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have headlights lit.

    William T. Oates, 35, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

    Victor Cardona, 19, of Willimantic was charged Thursday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without a license, driving without insurance and failure to have headlamps.
