    Thomas Rago, 46, of 207 Main St. was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Cassondra Ham, 20, of Wood River Junction, R.I., was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and driving a motor vehicle that does not have a seat belt.

    Tom Sawyer Jr., 30, of 683 Shennecossett Road was charged Wednesday with interfering with a police officer, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Sarah Brown, 23, of 75 Hickory Drive was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault on a pregnant person, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

    Ronald Fillmore, 48, of 165 Tyler Ave. was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Christian Green, 38, of 480 Pleasant Valley Road South was charged Saturday with violation of protective order.

    Lewis Page, 47, of 260 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway, traveling unreasonably fast and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest.

    Javier Cardoza, 28, of 140 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper lane, failure to signal a turn, disobeying the signal of a police officer and failure to carry a license.

    Angel Felix, 38, of 47 Felicia Baber Lane, Colchester, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to carry a license.

    Brendan Johnson, 36, of 55 Almer St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Erica Bousquet, 25, of 44 Hanover Versailles Road, Baltic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

    Jesse Staffieri, 30, of 38 Lee Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.

    Montrell Martin, 27, of 31 Linden St., New London, was charged Wednesday with violation of protective order.

    Jesse Mondor, 35, of 4 River Road, Lisbon, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Ashley Long, 31, of 1834 Glasco Road, Griswold, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Christian Green, 38, of 480 Pleasant Valley Road South, was charged Tuesday with violation of protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Heather A. Fredette, 45, of Feeding Hills, Mass., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Robert E. Premo, 33, of 8 Devonshire Drive, Ledyard, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    A 13-year-old juvenile was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and threatening.

    Deborah J. Galligan, 54, 1592 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
